At 0800hrs on 8th August 2008, 8 riders started their 473kms ride at Melawati. Hence we got 88888 - 2 x 8s more than the Beijing Olympic. The riders (L2R) - Kamat, Faridah, Hamdan, Aliah, Wan Mariam, Wan Sabri, Maryam n Shuhaimi.
